Details and Accessories

• Why a Rock City costume? These designs are handmade in the USA, especially for you!  In addition the costumes are made in a suburb of Detroit for Rock City Skirts and embellished with vinyl and metallic fabric to match our skirts. We love to use a variety of colors, fabrics and textures to make a unique applique that can be applied to any color shirt/skirt.
• Skirt is a stretch spandex polka dot top with a ruffled bottom embellished with a white ruffle! And the ears are made with velvet on the underside of the headband so it won't slip while running.

Materials and Care

• They are very light weight and you won’t even notice you’re wearing one.
• Skirt requires leggings or spandex under.
• These skirts do not include under shorts. Be sure to wear your favorite spandex or booty shorts under.
