Returns and Exchanges

• You will receive a Return/Exchange form with your order.
• Returns and exchanges must arrive to us within 30 days of delivery to you.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached to qualify for a refund or exchange
• Sale item and custom items are not returnable or exchangeable – this includes custom inseams and skirt length
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded and if the order originally qualified for free shipping, a shipping charge of $5 will be deducted from the amount refunded (for returns for refund only)
• Record the tracking number for the package sent to us
•  If the packing slip is on the other side of the form, please make sure to make a copy for your records. If the packing slip is on a separate sheet of paper, please send us a copy of the packing slip with the form and your return or exchange.
